Data we process
In the contact form: your name or company name, email address and message. Technical data may be processed automatically, including IP address, browser and operating-system type, approximate location and security logs.
Purposes and legal bases
We process contact-form data to answer your enquiry and take steps before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for our legitimate interests: security, defence of claims and service improvement (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Optional analytics are enabled on consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Data recipients
Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel Inc. The contact form is delivered through Resend Inc. Domain email and DNS are handled by Hostinger. These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services. Data may be transferred outside the EEA with appropriate legal safeguards.
Cookies and analytics
A necessary cookie stores language and consent preferences for up to 12 months. With consent, we enable Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for anonymous visitor and performance measurement. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies and aggregates data. You can withdraw consent by deleting the queryworks_cookie_consent cookie in your browser or by contacting us.
Retention
We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting cooperation, and at most until limitation periods expire, unless law requires longer retention. Technical data is retained under the providers’ retention policies.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, obtain portability, and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office). For privacy matters, email contact@queryworks.io.
